Like the stars above, youth can be beacons of light in a darkened world. Steadfast & Immovable: Songs for Youth 2008 helps them remember their light inside and encourages them to hold it high as they stand "steadfast and immovable, always abounding in good works." (Mosiah 5:15) This inspiring collection of brand new songs is the fourth volume of Jenny Phillips' popular youth series that helps teens internalize the importance of the annual curriculum theme. Steadfast & Immoveable is perfect for personal enjoyment, class use, or for youth musical presentations.
This songbook comes complete with script and the presentation DVD that includes the two optional video clips (To Become Like Him and Like the Stars) used in presenting the program. Please remember that your church library's DVD player and TV or a laptop with a DVD player and projector will be required to play these movies.
Please also note that this set does not include a CD of recorded music -- if you also want the recorded accompaniment, you also need to purchase the CD here.

Features
Jenny Phillips sings to soothe hearts and inspire change. "I want people to walk away from my performances wanting to be better," Jenny says. "I want them to know their Savior more and have a desire to be more like him." This is exactly what happens whenever Jenny sings. With a soft yet penetrating voice she fills any room with peace. Her music is laden with powerful truths that create a totality of being as they are whispered to the heart.
Jenny's goal since childhood has been to facilitate the effect music has in peoples' lives. She can still remember the power she felt listening to gospel music as a little girl and the desire she had even then to help others feel that same power. That vision carried her to where she is now fulfilling her dream as a leader in inspirational music as well as one of the most performed and requested artists in the industry. Stories of change and testimony follow wherever she goes.
Jenny graduated from Brigham Young University in 1997 and has run a private vocal studio for more than five years. She currently lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and two children.
